Let's not pretend that anything about The Boys is still working. All characters are more or less shit now, all the novelty wore off, all the drama feels forced, and not even Homelander is as fun as he used to be. Other than maybe the Deep, who somehow still has a bit of magic (mostly because "retarded tryhard loser" is a limitless well of funny scenes). I feel like the "Bro v Wade" line almost made the otherwise meh season worth sitting through.
