Nolan ain't bona fide
>apologize What for? I always thought that this film is a 10/10 masterpiece.
Is there a feud between them?
By far the best Coen Bro film.
>>220350786Without Tim Blake Nelson this would have been another forgettable Clooney flick enjoyed only by 90s-00s moms
>>220350993He’s great in it but come on now, it’s widely accepted as one of the Coen brothers’ best films
Damn we’re in a tight spot
>>220350786This wank of a movie put me to sleep.Fuck George Clooney.
>>220350993Yeeehh... But he's a Jew.
>>220351258Basically everyone in this movie is a Jew lol its still kino
>>220351202He had all the best lines, he was a perfect foil to Clooney, plus he’s the only one who actually sang.
>>220350909This an odissey adaptation, boy.I think OP be tryna say it's still the best now that we've looked at niggerfied film by Nolan
>>220350993Gopher, Everett?
>>220351258Eh, he’s a midwest jew, not one of those subversive hand-rubbing coastal elites. Pretty much an honorary goy.
I'm a dapper dan man, damnit!
i'm in a tight spot.
Probably Clooney's best performance. His family grew up about 15 mins away from where I grew up in Kentucky, and I can tell you it is about as backwoods and redneck as it gets. We all worked farms whether we lived on one or not, and cruising around a 0.25 circle in a town of 700 people was the weekend activity. His Hwood facade has been built over decades of fancy life Cali living, but it's impossible to shake rural Kentucky roots.
>>220352060For those curious, the town is Augusta Kentucky. Completely forgettable place where the Clooney family laid their roots.
>>220352060>His family grew up about 15 mins away from where I grew up in Kentucky, and I can tell you it is about as backwoods and redneck as it gets.Would honestly never have guessed that. I always took as read he must have been from one of the big cities (Louisville, Lexington etc).
>>220352120Augusta is about as depressing and charming as a little rural town can be. Tons of addiction and despair, but it's also cozy and has shops, restaurants, etc that are all cozy. It's not even the biggest town in their rural county, Brooksville Kentucky hosts the county's High School and probably has 50 or 60 more people.
>>220352060>cruising around a 0.25 circle in a town of 700 people was the weekend activity
>>220352298The nearest city was NKY/Cincy 1hr or Lexington 1.5 hours. 90% of that county is farm land. There were rich land owners and a bunch of white and mexican serfs. I grew up in a nearby town that was slightly more civilized, but outside of West Virginia, I don't think you could find a more backwoods county than Bracken County Kentucky. But if you talk to them, they don't feel slighted, they're happy and living in an entirely different America than anyone knows.
>>220350971Hell yes.
>>220351214First thing I always think of when I see this movie. So funny.
>>220350786I heard the version of Man of Constant Sorrow from this film once and decided to never watch it.
>>220353841It's one of the best movies of all time, and I don't say that lightly.
>>220352060Sad if true because he’s not convincing at all.
>>220354129>>220352060Seriously Turturro and the other guy act circles around him, same with the ex-wife.
>tfw you are a man of constant sorrows.
>DIS GAL MISCEGENATED
>>220351535Shut the fuck up, ChaimA jew is a jew and none of them are honoray anything. They don't even know what honor is.
>>220351258Naw sir, he's Buster Scruggs
