I feel like he desperately needs a wake up call but no one's giving it to him because his movies make money. He can't take criticism. People complain about Bane's voice but he ignored it. Tenet's dialogue got buried by the soundtrack and he ignored it. The nuke scene in Oppenheimer was garbage, but he got an Oscar for it instead. So he feels like he can do no wrong. That's how we get bullshit like LETS GO and MY DAD IS COMING HOME and plastic armor
