Why is this show becoming rapidly popular with Zoomers?
>>220396220Only retards like it and zoomers are some of the most retarded people out there
>>220396220Same reason they like Azumanga Daioh and Raimi's Spiderman.
>>220396220>why is good show popular with people?
>>220396344>>220396220Source? Besides you being a zoomer who else amongst zoomers likes this badly written show exclusively made for retards?
>>220396344there are a lot of good shows that zoomers haven't seen so why this one? op's question is valid quit being a pseud brainlet
>>220396220Because they spent their whole lives hearing its the greatest /tv/ show of all time? That the show is universally acclaimed and also not some old unfamiliar world where parents slept in seperate beds and telephones bad operators?

Zoomers love capicola
>>220396220Memetic value.>gabagool>how much more betrayal can I take?>SHUM PULPetc ergo
>>220396220I know this is troll but the show was coming out as gen Z was being born. Once you're 20 years old there's two paths for you, either consoomer capeshit lover or slow paced drama connoisseur. There was no reason for them to watch this show as they were 5 years old.
>>220396220for whatever reason, zoomers look backwards when searching for culture. this happens in every generation but only a subset of its population, it feels more commonplace among zoomies.
>>220397013Because there is no pop culture now from media. Most Zoomers and Gen A are into Streamers, lolcows and OF models. Hollywood doesn't really cater to them anymore so they have to look back to actually find anything with artistic value
>"heh those young people don't know what's good. We had proper entertainment in our day">"Why are these young people watching our old stuff, don't they have anything good of their own?"Another day, another pointless generation war thread.
>>220397013Not really. I'm older than the vast majority of people here, and even I like a lot of movies and music from before my time, or that released when I was too young to watch/listen to it.I think a lot of older music in particular is almost timeless though, as are many of the action movies from the 70s, but particularly the 80s and 90s. Maybe it's more that they're cultural cornerstones and every generation absorbs them through exposure, because they never really go away.I guess that's started to become less relevant in the past decade or so, given that young people now grow up in their own bubbles, and pretty much choose all the entertainment they consume, rather than having to watch or listen to whatever is available. A friend of mine has a zoomer son in his early 20s who spends most of his time gaming (mostly BRs and CoD), and whenever I talk to him, I'm surprised at how little he knows about a lot of things that I just consider general knowledge. He didn't even know about Guns n Roses, though he recognized some of the songs when I put them on. When I 'm over there drinking and he comes out of his room, I usually offer him a few beers or a shot of booze and put on some old movies/music, and he seems to enjoy it.

>>220396220The better question is why do millennials hate it?
Sorry T. I would have been here sooner but the highway was jammed with broken heroes on a last chance powerdrive.
