The upcoming Amazon series Blade Runner 2099 has had its release delayed (again) until 2027. A spokesperson for Amazon stated the most recent delay is due to "incompatible audience goals."

And thus yes it would be very normalized. In the first movie there are dingy outlets where weirdo scientist mechanics produce body parts for replicants. It's not a leap from that to think MTFs could get functionally and visually "real" breasts and vaginas if they want them, and modify their bone structure to whatever they want, and so on. Plus there would be generally easily body part replacement, such as for if you need a new internal organ, outside the realm of gender identity
