I think I tried to watch Tenet 3-4 different times and every single time I fell asleep. I still don't know wtf that movie is about. I've heard people compare it to Inception or Interstellar but neither of those movies put me to sleep. Maybe I'm just retarded I don't know.

As someone who loves Ghost Dog and Only Lovers, I will say that the absolutely stupid 4th wall breaking, weird plot, and aliens randomly abducting Tilda is pretty much what I expected from an absurdist comedy from a director who already makes absurd films that tend to waffle on and on for no reason.
I still vastly prefer Only Lovers, if only because my mother put it down as a much watch for me when I was starting to get into my angsty phase. Nihilism Kids' Bop.

I watched the horror movie The Descent with an old stoner buddy of mine who knows I'm easily scared and hate horror movies. He said it was gonna be a cool adventure movie about cave exploring so I'm immediately interested, then those monsters show up and he says "it's okay dude, it has a happy ending don't worry". Cut to the end scene where she drives off and I'm literally cheering for her getting away. Then it shows it was a dream and the monsters closing in on her. I never saw my friend laugh so hard when he saw my face

I also got spoiled with The Viper vs. The Mountain, and I told my friend about it. He says "my mom has read the books and she confirmed it's a false rumor. The Viper wins easily, like it's not even close". I was so pissed after watching that episode, I had already embraced myself for it but then my friend pulled me out of it.
