I enjoyed this movie. Did you?
Not watching it.
>>220421318i dont mind the girl power thing it just looks very predictable and generic>dickhead boss and based femcel crash on island>dickhead boss realises femcel is a better person than him>dickhead boss becomes nice boss and they fuckdid i get close?
>>220421388nah she goes full on psycho and they battle it out
>>220421388Fucking? In a girlboss movie?
>>220421388Nope. But it easily could've went that route. The main girl goes feral
>>220421318Yeah it was a lot of fun!
>>220421407>>220421433>>220421436what? i was wrong? ok fuckit i'll give it a watch.
i saw the trailer and i feel like it spoiled everything
my favorite part is when shes got mud all over her face and shes bleeding from her eye and she does the double middle finger and says fuck you bradley. great moment
Why did Rami pussy out on castrating the guy?
>>220421318Completely unhinged, I enjoyed it very much.
>>220421318I liked it. I feel like a lot of movies go over the top with the endings nowadays. Send Help, Bugonia, and The Substance are all like that
Not at all, I thought it was painfully unfunny, and turned it off when the plane started crashing because of how bad the attempts at humor were. It's mindblowing to think that the person who made A Simple Plan also made this. Also I'm not even that much of a chud, but Hollywood needs to fuck off with the "cast sex icon as weird ugly femcel". It doesn't work, even if they put on a grandma sweater.
>>220421318Yes
Seemed like another generic thing and I'm tired of women being able to beat up men constantly in movies
>>220421685>I'm tired of women being able to beat up men constantly in moviesweird thing to be threatened by but ok
>>220421685she’s not. it’s not the woke cliche the trailers make it look like. I thought it was fun.
>>220421318It feels like it was written 30 years ago.
>>220421318Yes it was decent
>>220421318>I enjoyed this movie. Did you?Didn't think I'd enjoy it as much as I did. A lot more violent and bloody than I thought it would be. Plus Rachel McAdams is fucking hot. Not the kind of acting part that will get you an Oscar nod but she deserves it IMO.
His "puke in the mouth" obsession always ruins his movies.
>>220421749What are you talking about you freak?
>>220421642Rachel McAdams is a 7 at best bro, she was well cast.
>>220424238I know, it's great.
>>220421318no she should have cut his dick off
>>220425685>Rachel McAdams is a 7 at best bro, she was well cast.
>>220421318watching now. its weird at times. I feel like they wrote this part to be an autistic dude. but they put a hot chick in it and made her look like a gross autistic, and its still somehow hot
>>220421433It's not a girlboss movie. She has survival skills and he doesn't, but she has those skills because she's mentally ill and obsessive. Both lead characters suck but she is the more villainous one
>>220426964because it’s rachel mcadams.
>>220421318I enjoyed it until they turned her into a deranged killer at the end and tried to twist it into some kind of female empowerment crap. I liked it when she was a genuinely sympathetic character. For anyone who hasn't seen it I suggest turning it off when she starts rambling about her abusive alcoholic husband and then make up your own ending.
>>220425661nta but it sounds like strong women make you insecure. do you have a small penis? that's a rhetorical question btw
>>220427545I didn't see any "female empowerment" in the ending. It's a dark, twisted ending where the villain won. It's not saying she deserved to win.
>>220427545I could tell it would be like that just from the poster
>>220427545aint nothing empowering about murdering 2 people just so you can continue to hold power over some dude who was a dick to you
>>220427732The last 30 seconds?
>>220427805MOOOOOLES
>>220427805this is showing that she’s an amber heard type who pretends to be a feminist or whatever while being a total psycho
>>220421318Sam Raimi is an absolute fucking hack.
>>220427805Yeah that's part of what her new celebrity persona is. She's not stating the actual message of the movie. She's describing the book she's writing, in which she's going to lie and leave out the parts about how she could have been rescued earlier and chose not to be, and where she murdered people. FFS
>>220427805>>220428018in fact, that message is ironically for the boss. he should have saved himself. not saying that was intentional or whatever but in fact he was depending on someone else to come save him.
>>220427805STOP LIKING EVIL FEMALE CHARACTERS
>>220427927>>220428018It could still be seen as the movie trying to twist her actions into being justified by her new found female empowerment. Similar in the way that the movie claims she was justified for letting her husband die. The ending implies she was standing up to the toxic men in her life, but the only reason she killed the man in the end is because he found out that she was a psycho murderer that was keeping him trapped on an island.
>>220421466I didn't see the trailer but I can't imagine there was anything you would be missing. There was never any part of the movie where I wasn't sure what was going to happen next.
