I love this movie. So much fun. Any jackass looking for super serious should move on from the series. The only one I don’t enjoy is Temple of Doom, and it’s 100% because of Kate Capshaw. The CGI really was that bad and it was kind of distracting. The fridge nuke was too over the top. You could barely rationalize a temple of doom fall out of an airplane onto snow and water but the nuke was too much. He's not a super hero, he's a professor.

People were complaining about Indy being too old in this, but it's a non-issue compared to genuinely geriatric Ford in Dial of Destiny who can't even do action anymore.And it still has Spielberg and Lucas, it's got fresh ideas. It wasn't all perfectly executed but the parts that worked worked really well
