Yes, I regularly pick up DVD's from the thrift store. Got a steelcase DVD of Ultraviolet for like 2 bucks last week.
still have a bunch of mostly music/data cds as well as some dvds but haven't had any device to play them on in years, the last one being my old ps3 I gave to my cousinjust keep them all hidden away on a spindle in my bedroom in case I ever decide to get something on ebay or wtv that can play them at some point; tho I doubt I'll ever do that
