It’s not great, but you probably won’t regret watching it. Just a movie that tries and fails, but it was an honest try.
it's dogshit but when it comes to cyperpunk stuff beggars can't be choosers so i recommend it. it's also a bit similar to Hackers in the sense that what made it feel horribly outdated maybe a decade or two ago only makes it increasingly charming as the time goes by.
