How about instead you explain what of value a live action remake would add? Why would you even want this concept in live action? The dramatic art and heightened manga reality are the only reasons a story as objectively ridiculous as YGO works. A CGI-fest with real human actors dressing and talking like YGO characters would be impossible to take even a little bit seriously.
