>In a rare move, the District Attorney agrees for three co-defendants to be tried in the same trial. Hoffman, Dr. Gordon, and Logan are facing "justice" for their roles as Jigsaw's apprentices and their participation in the activities labeled as crimes by the state. The case has become a massive spectacle among the media and online true-crime podcast types, and the three defendants have been appropriately dubbed "the Jig3". As the court case progresses, we see a series of flashbacks. As a flashback ends, we see that the flashback story was being told by one of the survivors of one of the Jig3's tests. As the trial progresses, tensions escalate at an incredible pace and that has nothing to do with the media and podcasters trying to break down the doors to the court room and ambush key figures in the proceedings at the end of each day. While they initially appear to present a unified front, the Jig3 soon appear to be turning on each other. But there's a lingering sense that nothing in this trial is as it seems, and we soon discover that these court proceedings are connected to the twisted posthumous will and legacy of none other than John Kramer himself.
People are on this board so much. They must have some really good ideas.
>>220476382There is someone here with a great idea. They just need to apply themselves.
>>220475665i have a portfolio of great scripts, literally Tarantino or Shane Black tier but Hollywood is so fake and gay in 2026 that i started publishing them as Amazon KDP novels instead.
Intro<close up on cigarette> a drag is taken of more than half, right up to the filter <close up of aged, overly made-up tranny face> slo-motioned blowing smoke cloud into a childs face who grimaces angrilyvoice, a husky mockery of a ladys' falsetto "so... you're the rape child?"credits appear while the tranny is stylistically shown thrown & falling down a staircasetitle (undecided) cuts in on black screen once the broken body hits last step in a heap>Lars is a junkie running from life in a degenerate city. he scrapes by, not because he's lovable, with help from Frohley, anti gov't "anarchist" who runs an illegal food truck>his already fucked life is upended further when a child is thrust into his care; his from when some women fucked him while he was blackout drunk a decade ago>the child, Nic, has issues, outbursts, and is almost begging for retro-active abortion>will Lars step up as a father? will he drop the lil shit on the steps of child services? are people after him? it's gonna be a long goddamn day.
>>220475665Huge lizzard destroying New York or Tokyo.
I always post the same idea but:A Xena: Warrior Princess/Legend of the Seeker style show about a sexy, scantily clad Joan of Arc traveling with her stalwart companions fighting witches, devil worshippers and Englishmen during the hundred years war
>>220477871Not bad.
>>220476028I really think the Jig3 thing would make a pretty good movie
Industry insiders should drop their best ideas that won't be used here. Maybe creative users could use AI to make them?
>>220475665A serial killer who kills hitchhikers picks up a hitchhiking serial killer, hijinks ensue.
>>220475665A sci-fi/fantasy/horror anthology show loosely based of something like SCP. Basically just some shadowy nebulous organization that's somehow behind the scenes of everything working to contain weird anomalous shit and protect humanity from cosmic horrors, aliens, undead monsters, etc. Most episodes would just be stand alone one-shot kind of stories where some random characters deal with the anomaly/monster of the week. The anthology format and nature of the premise means you could have wildly different tones between episodes. One could be a straight horror, one could be a twilight zone episode, another is just a straight comedy. Maybe have some re-occurring characters, like just some poor asshole in a cubicle that survived some anomaly and has gained quantum immortality, or becomes immune to temporal effects, and so he gets thrown into situations where he's way over his head, and manages to fumble and trip ass first into the solution, so he just keeps getting deployed until he's just a total mess of PTSD. Or a reoccurring segment that's just HR having to deal with complaints. Or the OSHA inspection of your secret prison to hold back an ancient god where they get written up for not having railings, or wheelchair accessible ramps up the pyramid of Bugfuck the Evil.
>>220477802how old is the son?
>>220481726Old enough to be causing problems, 10~
>>220476028I know it seems like they're doing AI Jigsaw for the next Saw but I wish they would do something crazy like this.
>>220475665yeah its an fantasy epic vaguely inspired by the roman empire fighting germansIts based on my book about the same storyI have yet to write the book
Simple, I get a time machine and a genetics lab from the 21st century, and I create a clone that is part John Carpenter and part Michael Mann and have them basically remake Assault on Precinct 13.
A film about two people talking over the internet, turns out they're from different Universes. An amateur Cryptographer decrypts messages that are coming from Earth. He thinks he's talking to a human. They get friendly. They talk about going to watch a film together and hanging out with each other's family. He's shown a picture of a human when he asks for a picture. She asks him to do cryptography puzzles, says she has secret knowledge of the world that he will have access to if it comes to it, Etc. The one he was talking to shows up at the end, in an Alien ship. They come out and they're Aliens Whichever one of these two you like, you can have. They're films. Do whatever you want with them, I'm not gonna write them.
A guy travels through space cataloging the cosmos and with every new planet he visits comes a new challenge. He looks for things to mine, inhabitants, ecology, collectables and archeology, has to do survival tactics, etc. His ship doesn't need fuel, it uses the molecules that pass through it to power everything (TV show)
How does AI influence your movie ideas?
>>220485261I've only used it once, but it makes me feel like I'm an actual good writer because what it gave me was terrible.
>>220485613It can be nice if you've got something that feels really clunky or inelegant, sometimes passing a sentence, or some exposition into an AI will let it poop out something a little more concise. And I have played with chat-bots where you can kind of put them in a scenario and let them talk/act while you stay in more of a GM guide nudging things along, and every once in a while it might try something that I genuinely didn't see coming that was more in character than I would have written.
