It has its moments but the LGBTQIPEDO+ shite is unbearable. The first season could have been an 8/10, instead it is at most a 4/10. I just looked it up and apparently it has 7 seasons. I can only imagine how terrible the later ones are.

The point of that scene is that he's being weird and unreasonable. Watch the first few episodes and see if you like it, by my memory it's mostly the same for several seasons until the writers really start forgetting the lines between things that are mean, things that carry formal consequences and things that are illegal.
Its about rich people doing rich people activities and giammatti being a prosecutor pretending that they are being fair with their bullshit arbitrary rules.
