Why are there not that many movies about the American Revolutionary period? Yanks love obsessing over it, but there's more movies about the Civil War, WWII, even 'Nam.The Patriot came out 26 years ago, and since then the most prominent movie about this time is...they set up a recording of the musical play where the Founding Fathers are black and gay.
