Any time someone asks me for a report I just tell them to open a ticket in the backlog then I simply don't pick it up due to "other priorities" until they stop caring about the report

The writers had no idea how to properly create scenarios for Jim to be awkward or vulnerable. They'd randomly have everyone make fun of him or hate him and then forget about it the next episode. The juxtaposition between the Jim we see 99% of the time and those weird moments is very off-putting. He'd go from a pretty competent guy to immediately being useless and retarded just for the sake of it. It's nowhere near as bad as what they did to Andy, but it stands out the handful of times throughout the series.
