It's the fact they chose someone who is probably one of the oddest looking people in general. They went out of their way to cast someone who is completely unappealing to look at, instead of just picking someone who might at the very least look somewhat normal or have at least SOME resemblance to the in game character. All they're doing is creating a lot of resentment in people by doing stuff like this. I feel for her seeing the amount of hate she got over this. People saying a lot of mean things about her looks. But it's not really her fault. Blame the people in charge of the casting and those driving this new age cultural trend of pushing for characters that look the complete opposite of beautiful. This obsession with subverting beauty standards as a kind of virtue signalling is really retarded.
