He did not commit a SINGLE murder.
Deal with it.
>>
You're not wrong
He gave them a choice to either live another day or kill themselves. He technically didn't kill anybody
>>
FACT: everyone who played his game made the CHOICE to play it
FACT: at worst you could book him for kidnapping, but since none of his so called """victims""" were children, the charges would never stick
>>
>>220500276
Good thing we have a legal system that isn't so retardedly simple as "didn't actually pull the trigger? Well I guess you're free to go then!".
>>
>>220500329
Third world country laws disgust me
>>
>>220500329
Good luck finding a jury that would unanimously decide he's guilty of manslaughter.
>>
>>220500276
That stab in Danny Glover's neck say otherwise.
>>
>>220500506
That was self defense
>>
>>220500348
Most people aren't as retarded as you, so no, it won't be difficult to convict via jury. If that would even be necessary given the overwhelming evidence. I know you think you're being funny but you're just retarded.
>>
>>220500506
He didn't die from it, plus he was trespassing.
>>
>>220500542
Evidence of what? People killing themselves? If some dude shot himself in the head in your house would you go to jail for murder?
>>
>>220500563
You're not funny. This bit you've been doing for years where you pretend to be retarded and not know how laws work isn't funny. You're just an actual retard. Bad bait, low quality, off topic posts.
>>
>>220500563
If I abducted that dude, locked him somewhere in my house with nothing but a the gun, absolutely you fucking idiot.
>>
>>220500583
This.
An innocent crying about the Odyssey thread died for this.
>>
>>220500638
You still didn't force him to shoot himself. Case dismissed
>>
>>220500583
don't worry, getting pissy about it and replying multiple times will surely get him to stop
>>
>>220500705
Laughing at a retard is not "getting pissy" faggot.
>>
>>220500734
Oh, yeah, i'm the retard when you're incapable of distinguishing a murderer from an innocent man.
>>
>>220500680
Nothing would be dismissed retard. Abduction and keeping someone trapped without food or water until they kill themselves is murder. Literally any judge, cop, jury, anyone that isn't a drooling moron like yourself would recognize that as murder.
>>
>>220500757
gottem
>>
>>220500773
He never abducted anyone. Every person that played the game could have left ANYTIME they wanted to. He gave them a CHOICE, they could have all walked away ALIVE. So no, you still don't have enough to convict him, in real life, Kramer would walk to be a free man.
>>
>>220500842
Also, all of the "abducted" "victims" chose to participate by being horrible human beings. If anything, Kramer should be given the title of a judge for doing the court's work for them.

>>
>>220500563
He killed some people to make his games like the first beartrap game. Also he mutilated people.
>>
>>220500886
>by being horrible human beings.
Yeah, like the smoking janitor, right?
Just kys, nigger pajeet

>Mans laughter
I believe he laughed several times, if you can prove that he provided the voice for the Billy puppet. Would the fact that such emanations were uttered through the voice box of a puppet insulate him from such charges though ? I mean it's technically no longer a man's laughter but that of a puppet, we all "know" it's him but would it be provable beyond a reasonable doubt, I afraid Jigsaw may simply be too clever for those charges to stick.

former DoJ director here, just wanted to jump in and say this would be a messy case. probably would cost millions in investigations over the course of years and even then it would be a messy case to handle and would only trust my top prosecutors to even get close enough to sniff this damn case. luckily this is only a movie but i pray for my successor that he never has to deal with a case as hard as this
>>
>but what about the jury!
Jigsaw could simply ask for summary judgement and the judge would obviously side with the law abiding senior citizen against the crooked DA. He might even get paid for damages to his reputation.
>>
>>220501952
The games were clearly ethical. Kramer is still legally innocent.
It's really genius, the way they wrote the character of a "serial killer" to be legally untouchable.
>>
>>220502205
Fuck off, shitskin
>>
Former DA district Attorney here, I hate to say it but OPs 100% right, John didnt commit any crimes that he could be charged for in any of the states of the United States of America.
>>
>>220503500
are there any current or former supreme court judges who could weigh in on the issue?

Former jury member here, Ive worked on some similar trials and know without a shadow of a doubt, the verdict would be not guilty in favour of John Krammer.

Depraved Indifference Homicide, slam dunk case. Even if his argument is that he didn't pull the proverbial trigger, he knowingly and willingly put people into situations that they would not have, otherwise, found themselves in; situations where death was a possible, usually probable, outcome.
>I plead Not Guilty, your honor, I am not responsible for the death of Miss Fenwick. Yes, I abducted her. Yes, I tied her up and left her on the train tracks. But I didn't kill her, the train did. She could have struggled out of her bonds and escaped at any time if she had wanted to live strongly enough.

No one cares what happens in your shitty country lmao
