Is it dead? No new movies, no new actors, no new directors. In 10 years it will be history lmao

I like the documentary, Hollywoodism. It goes into the history of film making.
Hollywood is busy making porn
No, its in a gestation period. Movies were being made more and more anywhere other than Hollywood for over 20 years now, but "Hollywood" as a concept is transitioning to online spaces. The online/streamer personality is going to be the Hollywood star of the future. Making movies has never been as easier as it is now with digital assets and sound effects available in the millions, but no one is endeavouring to do so because the industry has been gatekept from actual creatives and propping up braindead nepo babies and all the new regulations for the Academy awards force one to include minorities and ethnics into stories they look out of place in regardless if they are talented or charismatic enough. The creative bankruptcy had them become dependent on the Marvel formula and that spread to almost everything else. Next, they are going to cannibalize video games because they will not invest their own money into the risk of making original stories and just purchase the rights to make already existing IPs and warp them through their worldview and filter them through their agendas and Californian/San Francisco sensibilities. Its just changing.
