Should I watch my 600lb life if I want motivation to lose weight?
Losing weight isn't worth it. You basically suffer endlessly just to lose like 20 pounds a year. So you spend 3 years getting to your target weight then maybe life gets a bit better or it just stays the same.
for me once i quit soda the rest was easythe longer you stay away from junk the more you lose your taste for it

>>220505262This. There's a 5 day sardine diet that basically resets your cravings. Most of which are created by your unhealthy gut biome. If you can keep to a balanced diet of unprocessed foods it's impossible to stay overweight for long. Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar(with "mother") with 8oz water before meals to stop the insulin spike. Walk 20 minutes a day, and lift weights- more muscle = more fat passively burned.

The worst part of losing weight is the fucking boredom, so much of your daily life revolves around eating or planning around eating. I unironically envy smokers because they at least have something to look forward to to break up the tedium
