Surprised this isn't on a bunch of "best movies of all-time" list with Shawshank Redemption, Dark Knight, Godfather etc. I wasn't blown away by it but its a very well made movie.
Its a high school classic and is definitely in the Canon of films.

>>220507520It's dragged down by Uma's character. She's really not necessary you can remove her scenes entirely and it's fine. Also the snag that it's actually bad for the mission that he makes it. Either he's opening them to risk or he never actually had a heart problem, just a high chance of it, which actually goes against the whole message of the film
