I'm not autistic so I don't think Star Wars is a real thing whose "history" is dictated by canon. In any case, with all the alternate material that's been out there since the beginning, it's clear Star Wars canon has always been looser than your mom.

Brother, Andor is the best thing ever produced in the Star Wars universe. It’s not even close. The original trilogy is a whole sale rip off of other movies. The prequels are all shit, and the sequels are either retreads or just garbage.
