I tried to watch the sequel and it was just soulless. I think being filmed on digital it just looks like a Netflix pilot. Also the Maitlands being totally absent, I get it, it wouldn't make sense to have an old ass Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis who are supposed to be ghosts that never aged but I just didn't care for Lydia THAT much as it seems everyone else does. And the only thing that I did care about was she was hot in the original, but now... eh.
