season 6 should not have been made. it's not that fun in its own right and it completely fumbles the bridge to breaking bad. they retconned saul goodman's murderous nature in breaking bad, they retconned kim into being the arcitech of saul's image despite all prior bcs seasons hinting it's jimmy's doings. they held on to all their chips until this season and the best they could come up with as the climax to tie everything together is "lalo runs into howard and pops him lmao."

Vince should have written season 6 with the idea in mind that he WOULD get another season so it would be up to AMC to cancel an unfinished show or eventually give it back to him. The transition from Jimmy to saul happens off screen so that's an easy fix. With p*** its clear vince is incapable of writing anything good outside of brba universe so its sad that he may be done with it.

Then it quickly became something you had to have watched Breaking Bad to understand and followed the same flashy cliffhanger plotlines with guns and explosions.
