Charlie clearly enjoys making it but probably wouldn't be that bothered if the others decided to end it, he does the most outside work of any of them so he would move on quickly. Glenn wants to leave but is too emotionally involved to watch the others keep going without him. part of me wonders if Danny is a big part of why they keep going too. they all seem to get along with him really well and probably know he's got limited years left, so maybe want to work with him as much as possible before they can't anymore. I expect the show will probably end when Danny either dies or decides he just can't do it anymore. I don't know how they would continue on after that, I mean it was crazy they were almost going to continue without Glenn but Devito is almost more structurally important.
