One of the first things i remember downloading were badly recorded .wav audio files of theme tunes for 80's cartoons/shows like tmnt and defenders of the earth, was probably around 1996. I dont think i really posted about tv shows anywhere though, but i remember using msn chat with a few online friends as quiz shows were airing and we'd try and beat each other to the answer. The first tv related meme's i remember are the two classics, namely dancing hamster's with the robin hood disney audio and the dancing baby from ally mcbeal. Oh and one of the first books i bought back in the late 90's off amazon was LoBrutto's bio of Kubrick.
