We need a Lewis Carroll biography, now is the best time given the current trends and interest in historical figures who may or may not have been pedophiles. This dude wrote perhaps the most popular children’s story book in history, but behind the scenes dude was a weirdo who was definitely on the spectrum and 100% would have been a discord moderator if he was born today.
Like the film doesn’t have to explicitly call him a pedo, but his obsession with the Liddel family girls was unusual even for the time. People would eat this shit up right now it’s got all the makings of a sensational media release.
>Essentially a deconstruction of a famous and (formerly) well respected individual
>No explicit proof he did anything wrong but rumors and circumstances surrounding him are highly unusual
>The kind of character people would argue is either a sympathetic or unsympathetic weirdo
>Pearl clutching around pedophilia is at its hight right now, it’s basically the modern version of the Satanism scare of the 80s and 90s
>Also works cuz Disney owns the rights to Alice in Wonderland and shitting on Disney is the cool and hip thing to do right now
Any directors out there interested to make this into a movie I will 100% work with you and write this shit. Just hit me up we will get fucking rich like Jake Paul on the Disney Channel money.

You say it shouldn't depict his noncing, but if we can't have that, what should the film be about? He didn't lead an action-packed life. If you can't address his "specialist photography" hobby, then you're left with him writing books and teaching at Oxford – not exactly a riveting tale. And audiences will be annoyed with you for dodging the elephant in the room.

Bro, they literally did just that in Michael and that film was a success.

Because Michael brings reenacts the pop music hits. You can't do that in a Lewis Carrol flickerino.

reenact some quotes, same difference
