In the last season there was an episode where one of House's new slaves has this gay monologue about how her trauma is that she has no trauma but she wants to have trauma to feel special and interesting. House then affirms that that is in fact a form of trauma so she can be in the kool kids trauma club.

Everyone talks abou the drama which is objectigvely trash season 4 and onwards, but the biology of the show also falls off after season 3.
Season 1 has genius cases, 2 and 3 are fun and rare, 4-7 mostly unplausable scenarios. .Season 8 had some fun ones, but a lot of the appeal of the show is that it's actually scientific and doesn't make shit up and taking it away was a real bummer. Also how did they not realize House and the midget were a perfect couple...
