I watched the show and now I rewatched Episode I and II. How much of the Filoni Clone Wars Rebels shit should I eat? Obviously I want to learn more about Maul between Episode I and Shadow Lord but is Ashoka a character worth investing in? She looks hot in animations. Plus I want to see Anakin and Obi Wan fleshed out. But the Disney live action shows look painfully bad.

Then you hit episode 8, which is supposed to be this deep character study, and... you learn absolutely nothing new about the character. We knew he hates Sidious and blames him for everything ever since 2014. This show had nothing new or interesting to say about its titular character.The Clone Wars, and even fucking Rebels, had a lot more meaningful character interactions and development in a few episodes than the entire Maul show. People used to fucking TALK and have PERSONALITIES in television shows. Not anymore, it seems.In the end, this show is just mid as fuck. It has nothing going for it.
