This movie can’t be considered canon. At the end of DOFP Wolverine wakes up around the xmen 1 and 2 time where Jean is still alive but she in the new timeline Jean dies in phoenix force. Also aliens just casually exist and invade earth and that never gets brought up again neither does the resurrection of the oldest and most powerful mutant apocalypse. Plus in the new timeline Wolverine starts getting poisoned by his adamantium, why didn’t this happen in the future war against the sentinels? If apocalypse trying to merge with professor x causes his to lose his hair how did he lose it in the first timeline when apocalypse wasn’t resurrected? What about the sentinels and their abilities find any mutant why didn’t they detect apocalypse buried under the ground in Egypt?
The timeliness are all wonky, more importantly why isnt Jessica Chastain in the poster. She is a smoking hottie. Didnt care for her character from the few scenes I have watched but it was interesting. I remember being sick of the phoenix saga as a kid in the animated series. Have yet to watch the new season. Liked the nightcrawler fight.
