this movie sucked
puddle deep gender "commentary"
>did you catch that the main character's name is 'bear' lol like would you choose the man or the bear well this guy is both!
does nothing with the premise except crib from every other chic popular horror movie out recently (weapons, smile, hereditary, IT, you name it this movie has something taken from one of those)
really quite terrible and I wish I hadn't let letterboxed fool me into watching it

Modern horror is made for women and retard-tier trailer trash. It's why they're full of hamfisted and clumsy allegories for niche social topics or braindead goreslop. Sometimes both.

It was better than weapons the execution is what matters and girl was genuinely terrifying. Nothing in weapons was scary. Also every horror movie rips off someone else.

It was a literal rip off of Freddie Krueger you dumb negroid. Stephen king even saw nightmare on elm street right before he started writing the book.

What movie genre do you like? Comic book movies where grown men wear tights and capes? Action movies that have been watered down by feminism? Horror has more kinos as of late.

Yeah

>the execution is what matters and girl was genuinely terrifying. Nothing in weapons was scary. Also every horror movie rips off someone else.
i didnt find it scary at all, it was just
>im screaming loudly isnt that scary
>im smiling creepily at you isnt that scary
>isnt it scary the way im standing in the doorway and you can only see my silhouette

Mostly dramas, thrillers, and period pieces, with some sci-fi here and there

I thought it was good, not great.
I really enjoyed when the horror came from Nikki's mania and the uncomfortable awkwardness. The stuff involving the necessary but I do see that it signifies the depravity Baron will go through to have Nikki. I was legitimately upset seeing the Asian qt die though. ;_;

All those are scary in right context and you can put every horror movie down to shit like that. Hurr I’m wearing a mask isn’t this scary? I’m standing behind you spooky!
>>
>>220581019
>period pieces and drama
So yeah you are a faggot that shit us for theater art women. Also thrillers aren’t far from horror.
>>
>>220581013
I’m not getting into spoilers but the death scene was scary and so was being watched while you sleep and eating yoy know what

>Asian qt die though.
that gore was legit fucked up.
>>
>>220581082
It was great for horror standards
>>
>>220581333
Okay ESL
>>
>>220581380
Eh. I found the writing in the first third to be too generic for it to be great.

the only time "women's fear of men/rape" has been realized well was in Alien (1979).

IRL if you find men icky you're a brainless sexist, total slave to your id, everything equality or "feminism" should be against.
