Super duper

Unironically, what's the big deal with Gary Cooper? The only thing he's remembered for these days is High Noon, and he's kind of a wimp in that.

Meet John Doe and Deeds are very good

He was a real cowboy and professional horseman and stuntman before becoming an actor, and is known for his steely, unwavering on-screen persona. He could also do whimsy thoughever, like in Mr Deeds Goes to Washington.

>Mr Deeds Goes to Washington
*Goes to Town
The only way that movie could be better is if it starred Jimmy Stewart instead.
>>
>>220603251
Oh yeah, but no I don't think Stewart could have done it better. Honestly Mr Deeds was a much better movie than Mr Smith

He was great. He was one of those guys like Henry Fonda or Jimmy Stewart or Glenn Ford who wasn’t ever trying to be the toughest guy in the room, so it was always fun to see them overcome the odds or stand up to big bad. They had that everyman quality that made it easy to root for them.
