I don't get it-- this is a rerelease of a classic movie and literally nothing has changed about it other than being restored to 4k. Why is it getting re-reviewed and why are the new reviews all shitting on it? Did they go in expecting a different movie?

I got to see this movie with my dad last week and he was in the navy so that was pretty cool. Yes the movie is a bit goofy but it's hard not to love it for how cocksure and earnest it is.
