I laughed out loud twice the first time when they were announcing on the news that homelander was dead after claiming to be god and then hard cut to homelander begging to suck butchers dick and eat his shit. And then again when Ashley states she won’t leave the White House and then cut to the news saying Ashley has been impeached and escorted from the White House and it’s the shortest term of any presidency and the first woman president. I guess the fight between butcher & co and homelander was decent, it just should have had more stakes and tension. Suddenly kimiko and butcher are impervious to homelanders eye beams because HL body shots them over and over again and they barely spill a drop of blood. Hughie starlight and MM are off away from the main resolution to tie up loose plot threads. Decent fight though, the punches seemed brutal and well choreographed, HL getting thrown around was satisfying, liked the kill. HL humiliating himself was fun.
