Season 2 was mediocre and Season 3 was already very bad, they weren't bad enough for normies since they were still coasting on Season 1 and at least these seasons have one or two entertaining characters like Stan and Soldier Boy. I have confidence people will come to realize Season 1 was really a one hit wonder and the rest is absolutely terribly written, repetitive, lazy slop.

I disassociated with the show after the season 3 finale when MM and Starlight went full retard and threw away an easy chance to kill Homelander. As a self respecting viewer I can’t suspend my sense of disbelief enough to believe they would do what they did. Then seasons 4 and 5 were complete slop.
