I won't pretend I know about Betty Boop's character enough to know what would be an appropriate story for a feature length movie.But what is is this "through the POV of her creator" horseshit?In other words, they want to celebrate the character, but they don't want to do anything with the character. They just want to step outside the character and talk about the animator. It's more of a funeral than a revival.Why don't they write a generic adventure for her and that clown and dog to go on?
