>call the guard
>tell them another juror bought an outside weapon into the room
>judge declares a misstrial and jurors are released
>liberal cunt juror arrested and sent to jail to suck dick and eat shit
>>
I never had jury duty before
I demand the right to be racist
>>
>>220651415
>NOOOOOOO! DON’T CONVICT THE SWARTHOID KID JUST BECAUSE THE EVIDENCE AGAINST HIM IS OVERWHELMING! I’LL DO ANYTHING! I’LL SUCK YOUR DICK! DO YOU WANT ME TO EAT SHIT? I’LL EAT YOUR FUCKING SHIT RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF THE OTHER 10 ANGRY MEN
>>

What happened?

> Free that child now, you racist scum!

WKUK already did a skit about this

The knife stuff is obviously over the line, but they do find reasonable doubt in a lot of the other testimony and evidence that they never would have discussed otherwise. If I could change one thing about the screenplay it would be the knife, but I can’t think of another dramatic moment that would actually get the jury talking seriously about the case.
>>
>>220651785
Knife is a necessary moment, so the propaganda wasn't too obvious. Fonda's character had to have some flaw and make a mistake.

Here’s what has to be true in order for The Kid to be innocent of the murder
>Coincidentally yelled “I’m gonna kill you!” at his father a few hours before someone else killed him. How many times in your life have you screamed that at your own father? Is it a regular thing?
>The elderly man down the hall, as suggested by Juror No. 9 didn’t actually see The Kid, but claimed he had, or perhaps convinced himself he had, out of a desire to feel important.
>The woman across the street saw only a blur without her glasses, yet positively identified The Kid, again, either deliberately lying or confabulating.
>The Kid really did go to the movies, but was so upset by the death of his father and his arrest that all memory of what he saw vanished from his head. (Let’s say you go see Magic Mike tomorrow, then come home to find a parent murdered. However traumatized you are, do you consider it credible that you would be able to offer no description whatsoever of the movie? Not even “male strippers”?)
>Somebody else killed The Kid’s father, for reasons completely unknown, but left behind no trace of his presence whatsoever.
>The actual murderer coincidentally used the same knife that The Kid owns.
>The Kid coincidentally happened to lose his knife within hours of his father being stabbed to death with an identical knife.

hanoi jane said that the only that that her father beat her up is when she said the n-word and he beat her up and told her to never say that word because it's racist
>>
>>220651629
Yeah, but imagine sending a person to gaol (that's how it's spelt in my cunt) because of no reason except they're brown.
>>
>>220651785
The physical demonstration that one of the witnesses couldn't have had time to walk over to the window was unbelievable bullshit too. In general Fonda was playing advocate for the defendant, he set up a parallel court with no rules where only one side gets to be heard and no one has the means to seriously question the "evidence" that he brought forth. If he didn't believe the witnesses he should have voiced it while the trial was still on, in front of everyone, so the prosecution could counter-argue or find different ones.
>>
>>220651415
His father forced him to watch a bunch of black people get publicly lynched in early 1900s Omaha. Henry has more balls than most of you faggots.
>>
>>220652158
I could watch blacks getting lynched all day long pal. I'd bring popcorn and laugh wickedly as they drop.

>>220652158
Wasn't he really name Israel Dyzzwkcihiw, and changed his name when he moved to Hollywood?

This

There are just too many coincidences to ignore.
>>
>>220652199
shut the fuck up sperg, you already become timid when you have to make a phonecall. you would literally have a heart attack at a violent, mass psychosis, nigger lynching event.
>>
>>220651738
Was the DVD version actually uncensored?
>>
>>220651415
He was ready to suck the dicks of the other jurors and eat their shit to let the kid walk.
>>
>>220652279
thats because we dont like making phonecalls with insane normies
we do, however, like watching evil people get killed
>>
>>220652199
Chud the Builder is being gangraped by BBC right now kek
>>
>>220652158
Were they guilty?
>>
What would the judge say if he found out the jurors made up their own hypotheticals about spectacles and stabbing angles?

fact kid cannot remember a single scene from the movie.

I have discussed it extensively.
It was extremely common for people to just want to get out of the rain for a few hours so they would pay for an afternoon feature and just chill in the theater while multiple movies play, possibly take a nap, etc etc.
But rarely if ever did anyone just walk into a theater and just ignore it completely.
kid can't remember a single scene from any of the movies while he was at the theater, not one single scene.

Not a single
>there was a lady dancing on a fountain singing a song and a man playing with a umbrella
>Oh you mean the movie "Lady Dancing Fountain Umbrella Man™?"
>Yes that was it
Cops verify yes that was playing at the exact time of murders at the exact theater he claimed.
Doesn't create an airtight alibi, but it does in the literal court system create the evidence of doubt that the faggot is trying to create in the jury room.
If you gave me an exact date that my dad was murdered, I guarantee you within an hour I could remember almost every single detail in that day.

So the fuck is the kids problem.
way to coincidental to ignore.
i'd probably never forget that day for the rest of my life.
>>
>>220652128
that's not how courts work, anon. jurors are supposed to remain silent and take notes while court is in session. they're only allowed to talk when they're back in the deliberation room. if Fonda had spoken up in court, he would've been held in contempt and kicked off the jury.
>>
>the witness is lying
>why?
>he's old
I love how nobody ever argued with him with his stupid takes, like the whole thing with the kid and how it didn't remember ANYTHING about a movie
>Do you remember which movie you watched 6 months ago?
>yes
>w-well do you remember the name of the actor
>yes
>w-wha- I mean yeah but do you remember the name of the stuntman that did a single scene?
>I think it was Joe
>WRONG IT WAS JOHN! This is exactly the same thing as not remembering anything about movie you claimed to watch 5min ago!
And they didn't argue against this at all
>>
>>220652793
Same poltard threads over and over.
No Ivan this doesn't make me want an authoritarian justice system where people are automatically guilty. No Ivan reasonable doubt isn't a jewish plot. No Ivan defending yourself in court isn't white guilt.
>>
>>220652934
How much do you get paid for this?
>>
>>220652973
Projecting hard
>>
>>220651785
I broadly agree with this. Obviously bringing in outside evidence to the deliberation would result in an immediate jury disbandment and a mistrial. But the speculation about the credibility of the witnesses, even if not brought up in cross examination during the trial, seems like an appropriate thing for a jury to consider on their own as part of the deliberation process. I mean if I realize that the two main witness accounts don't make any sense when paired together, that's not something I can just ignore even if the defense attorney never points it out. That's going to put doubt in my head about one or both witnesses, and since the case hinged mostly on those witnesses, that's going to put reasonable doubt in my head leading to a not-guilty verdict.

The knife reveal is such a great movie moment though.

>>220653065
No Ivan someone else owning a pocket knife isn't ' outside evidence'.
