What did you kino connaisseurs think about Disney's Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu?

I chuckled when these bad bois are considered canon now

Bro what the fuck are you talking about? Are you posting from the ancient past? This movie is gone it's finished. It had its run long ago, nobody is rewatching. If one person can name one character from this that's not in the title it would be a memory miracle

"Blork" will appear in 'The Grungleman and Binkus"

I liked when Ripley said that everything the Rebellion has fought for will be for nothing. How prophetic

I thought the trailers and wikipedia fully satisfied my curiosity therefore I have no need to pursue this prize upon the high seas.

dude i fucking love zeb

It was good. For a 5 episode streaming experience with some memberberries. Putting this in the kinoplex is probably the worst idea since worse ideas existed.

Insanely bad luck that this movie came out at the same time as two hyped horror flicks. Kind of reassuring that younger people would prefer to see a movie that wouldn't even have the catering budget of something like Mando & Grogu. It will be extremely interesting to see how the Ryan Gosling Star Wars movie does next year.

nonsense. they didn't hurt it at all because this a) movie is for kids. over half the showings are at shit like 11am 1pm tuesday
b) teenagers/20 somethings do not give a single fuck about star wars.

The IP was already milked to the bone. Also releasing a Mandalorian movie 5 years after the show peaked in popularity wasn't a good idea on its own

It is the only good disneywars other than rogue one. I admit I haven't seen Solo.

I thought the settings, space ships, creatures, and some of the characters were amazing. It really felt like star wars again. But other things were very stupid. Like Jabba's son's dumb human voice and Sigourney weaver's entire character.

It was a dumb movie, but it was entertaining and I didn't feel like I was watching a cheap knockoff of star wars like I did with the rest of the crap disney has put out.

it was fine, pretty unremarkable, doesnt really feel like I watched a movie

Meesa tinkin it was okey-day

I don't know who that was but he wasn't a terrible character. He just tagged along and his scenes didn't feel like they were trying to force us to like him.
>>
>>221015273
Haven't watched it
>>
>>221015273
People actually watched this?

$125 million loss.

Hopefully, Star Wars: Starfighter is a bigger loss
>>
>>221015273
On par with Rogue One. Star Wars porn. If I was 10 again I would probably think it was the greatest movie I've ever seen.

why not?

Because the hype for Star Wars died a decade ago and Zoomers/Gen A looked at all the Millenials basedjacking to TFA trailer and cringed
