The last episode ended with the picture of one of the children being saved from the boat so we still have bloodline of the OG lord protector on the island. Possibly his son. Also it might be that just men die if they try to leave the island. Women just go insane / possessed by the "mother". The last one is purely speculation on my part.

I liked the Party episode, looking on the reflections to see everone with their mouths ajar, that lady is a good actress, I like when she smile.I was surprised when it turned out the way it did.

pleasantly surprised with this showwent in expecting reddit incarnate and it couldn't be further from that. the comedy is pretty good, none of the "well, that just happened!" millennial faggy shit, the horror and scares aren't overdone and they don't show too much so the mystique is still therei will admit that the last episode was a little jarring at first but kinda funny how she was pointing the shotgun at the corpse in every scene until he was incinerated. the rest of the town not asking any questions about the clearly supernatural stuff (aside from the cop) seems a little weird though
