Two parts of Dunk annoyed me.
The peepee poop humour felt like it was added just to get more people invested in a story about a good man who goes about going good things and felt like it cheapened the story proper.
The more extreme swap they did that annoyed me was with Dunk's mentor constantly being shown to be a fuck up of a knight and yet Dunk so believing in actually knightly ideals.
The way the show portrays Arlan makes no fucking sense in how Dunk turns out because if he learned a damn thing from him in the show it'd be to a lecherous drunk, not the ideals to make best knight who was never a knight.

A flashback that is so on the nose that it's insulting.
It can't just be that Dunk thinks a prince sexually assaulting a peasant is a bad thing worth stopping.

Dunk in the books is a shithead when he is in Fleabottom. He references specifically how Arlan's mentorship turned him away from the gang he had, can't remember the kids names but he describes them as terrorizing others before Arlan turned him to a better path.
It's an active redemption story with the ironic twist being that Dunk the ideal knight was never actually a knight but was raised into being one by a proper mentor.
