Like all the jokes seem to just be the very fact that they're doing a dark or gross real life thing with no twist or elaboration or commentary on it. This shit feels dumb and tacky and ill judged. This doesn't feel like anime's equivalent of South Park or Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Its not even comparable to the C-list ones like Drawn Together. At least Drawn Together had that good Israel bit. This isn't even really trying to make jokes, just have the characters be wacky and then snort cocaine or something.
