I don't enjoy it. Fire and Blood is a bad book. It's basically like a wikipedia summary of pointless world building that adds nothing to Winds of Winter. This show is just prequel with no soul. No narrative. Anyone who reads A song of Ice and Fire will tell you it has none of the same feel and investment. Then when I watch this show, I'm just reminded about how much George and show runners butchered Game of Thrones in the second half of the show when they ran out of material. I watch this tumbleton shit and I just think of Jon Connington and young Griff. This show also shows me how shit dragons are. They were cool in Game of Thrones as the ultimate trump card from Danny, but the best intrigue of A song of Ice and Fire is you never see the dragons actually come to Westeros. They represent a looming threat. The characters of this show and Fire and Blood, the dragons are basically just plot devices. The characters ride around dragons like they are horses and they are knights riding through the country side. They are plot devises for them to have something to do on screen. Nothing more. That's all this show is, is the CGI dragons.
