I don't believe Stannis can kill Shireen, Daenerys can burn king's landing, Jon Snow can kill Daenerys, or Bran can become king in the books.

How is Stannis going to burn Shireen when he is a million miles away in the books going into battle? If he does he presumably needs to beat the Boltons and survive which means the whole plots needs to be different. It seems like having him burn Shireen and die was just a poorly written plot in the show to get people to stop rooting for him and remove him from the show.

I see no reason Daenerys should burn king's landing and go mad. She just does it randomly in the show because of the bells, but there really isn't that much preparing for it before so it came out of left field. It is just a convenient way of getting it so people stop rooting for Daenerys an then killing her same shit they did to Stannis.

Jon Snow killing Daenerys and getting away with it in the show makes no sense. Why doesn't Grey worm disembowel him for killing his queen? There is no way Daenerys' followers would let him get away with this. The whole plotline makes no sense but it was a convenient way to remove Jon Snow from the line of succession.

Finally, there is Bran becoming king. There is literally nothing to setup for this in all the seasons of the show and all the books so it comes totally out of left field. The only basis for this was character assassinating and killing off Stannis and Daenerys so there was no rival contest or anyone to root for and then removing Jon Snow.

All the plots given to D&D by the fat man for the final seasons were horeshit (the fourth and fifth books are mostly shit too). It seems that the reason the fatman can't finish the books is more than he can't write for shit anymore then that is lazy but he doesn't want to admit it to himself or o anything about it so he is always depressed.

Why did the Targaryens never marry into house Lannister?

if Otto and Alicent were never able to convince Aegon to take Rhaenyra's throne, how would story play out?
My guess would be that, sooner or later, Demon would want the thorne for himself, he would see his stepsons, daughters and nephews with all this dragons, and would want to use them, so he would start a war of conquest with Dorne or maybe even Essos, while managing to keep Rhaenyra solely as a figure head that follows his orders.
