Just finished. Cheap looking mid 2000s slasher about a clown with a comically oversized meat cleaver. It's so dumb and has this weird tonal dissonance where the movie overall is kind of light-hearted and comical but they go all in on the gore effects, which explains why Unearthed Films picked this up. A couple of jokey tabloid reporters are investigating a serial killer, they find him, the end. It is a little weird that it's an ultra gory slasher flick about a clown dressed in black and white that has a little girl sidekick.
