All the gay is nice, but is this game actually fun? I remember playing it near it's launch, but I seemingly haven't saved my account. After recently returning to Arknights and bouncing off Reverse1999, I want to try this again. Is starting right now worth it?

Gameplay wise it's nothing too special sadly, the same old tower defense thing with a few quirks like having spells your leader can cast and being able to move the towers.

It's clear from the story that Paradeisos fears the chief because they didn't create the chief's powers and they fear the unknown since they might not be able to control it. Either way, shackles are essential to the function of MBCC so it can be assumed previous chiefs must also have been clones from that unknown underground project.
