After reading some interviews, the theory that Ayana had a falling out with Kakimoto definitely seems like a heavy stretch. In fact it seems like the whole production team got along extremely well when working on MyGO. So if she actually left on unhappy terms, it could only be related to the higher ups. If true that would be one of the dumbest decisions Bushiroad has ever made. But this is all still speculation, so we'll see if she's still included in future projects.
