Not sure how many people know this but at the Tiger's Maw Mine there's a guy who trades Lampylumen from the mine for various upgrade materials including a weapon chest that gives you one of the craftable weapons. If I remember right the crafted broadblade is good if you're not buying the BP and have Calcharo, otherwise it's a toss up between the Rectifier or pistol depending on who you're using and your luck with 4* weapons.>>679842650It's like Genshin so 80 pulls is a 50/50, if you fail the 50/50 it's 160 pulls for a guarantee. We don't know if there's a point where the rates increase to get the 5* before you hit the 80 cap like in Genshin (In Genshin it's 90 guarantee and it ramps up starting from 70 if I remember right). If you have decent luck and win the 50/50 both times it's enough for both. If you have bad luck and fail then what you can get in 1.0 plus the 1.1 patch is enough for one guarantee and a 50/50 on the other.Keep in mind that there's a chance you might just get lucky though, I lost my 50/50 on Yinlin and got her in 25 pulls after that.

Just equip anything with ATK%, CD, or CR as the main stat and is a higher tier. You're wasting your EXP mats and enemies still die in like one rotation. I only just started upgrading my Echoes after I hit 18 on the Data Bank (Technically 20). Upgrade your characters, weapons, and talents, those are the important part. The Echoes can wait a bit.

Like I said, even the tankiest enemies only survived roughly one rotation and maybe some on field time with the last character. As long as you upkeep your other weapons you will hit DB 15 fairly quickly and then you can go fill your Pokedex and work from there. Now that I have my characters kitted out with just three good 5*s that I've upgraded with okay substats I'm killing bosses in a single rotation. This isn't even five 5* Echoes, this is three on each character and you can see how absurd Encore is in particular with her damage. I do have Yinlin's 5* but the other two just have 4*s.

Yinlin has her 5* weapon at level 60, Encore has the Jinzhou Keeper at level 50, and Verina has the Variation at 50. Yinlin has everything but intro at 4 while the other two have everything important at 4 (So burst on Verina, Forte, skill, and burst on Encore). For Encore the Inferno Rider was the only thing I leveled fully outside of the bird to level 5 on Yinlin before getting 5*s because the Silver-Haired Echo Hunter quest forced me to.Here's what I have and the stats I get from Echoes currently. Thundering Memphis was the one I got from that fight if I remember right so I didn't even have that.
