I think DF put it best when this is a case where you remember the 3DS version in your memory looking exactly as the Switch version does, but this is not the case. Gadd talks about the noise outside, but that dialogue happens later in Japanese and gets cut off in the video. OP pic is the "It seems to have regained its original power!" in Japanese and the next dialogue box is just an "Huh?" which isn't present in English.
