>CRT boomers be like: "Yup, this is peak graphics!"
Yup, this is peak graphics!
I just like the way that CRTs handle motion better
It would look significantly worse on an LCD
>>681396118Yup, this is peak graphics!
CRTs > Anti Aliasing

>>681396118Yeah I don't think we need much more
>>681396118I don't even remember how it looks. I only remember when I was young I played ps2 games on a big tv and then I switched to a small crt and the games looked better on a small crt.

I heard the only true way to play SH1 is through s-video on an original PSX I don't have my original or I'd try this theory.
>>681396118>Yup, this is peak graphics!Yup, this is peak graphics!
>>681396793nah just use an emulator with a scanline/crt filter.
Been watching fungos sh1 lore run just to enjoy all the little things like inspirations, references, and theorizing. Shame i think fungos dead tho https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usBruZaVKn4
I find it funny, but I used to play my x360 on a 14 inch tv, and and it was fine, the graphics were great and everything was playable. Now when I play PS5 on a 32" TV I find it unbearably small, to the point I need glasses.Did I get older and my vision worse or does modern games don't work well with small screens?
>>681396118The fidelity boost of a CRT can't be ignored: https://imgsli.com/Mjc1OTAx

>post screenshot of pixel graphics with no filter>"HURR DURR THE GAME WASN'T MEANT TO LOOK LIKE THAT" as if I forced anon to view my image on an LCD displayIt's literally just the graphics and if you're viewing them wrong then it's a skill issue. Imagine not browsing 4chan on a CRT. lmao
>>681396512hmmm do I want blurry garbage, or not blurry garbage...
>>681398372i'd never buy a crt. I mean there must be a digital filter that would give the ame effect on pixel art crts do, right?
>>681399314>yes I LIKE seeing random dithering patterns everywhere instead of the blending effects that were intended by the artist
>>681397287A lot of modern game UIs feel like they were made for PC first
>>681396118truly revolutionary
>>681399475Are you telling me there's no dithering in >>681396118
>>681396118I fucking love dithering bros. I don't care.
>>681399314The "blurry" version please.
