I thought 1 was pretty good as a sort of stripped down return to the basics retro thing. Little did I know they would do the exact same thing with little variation for 5 games. I was hoping they would make each game in the series reflective of SMB1, 2, 3, and World because each play so differently and they could expand on each's ideas.
