This unassuming, cute little platformer looks like something that was made for a child. But I assure you, plunging yourself deep in Spelunky will make you realize what it truly is. Malice. Malice in the form of a roguelike experience.....I....have been playing games for nearly 3 decades and the cold, dark, merciless abyss that are Spelunky runs still threaten my sanity. I thought I was stronger than this....You probably think you're more capable than you really are too. And that's another thing this game does. It grabs hold of your self perception and......violates it. With a jeer. With its cute cuddly graphics and catchy bleep bloop music. Violates it with the precision and ruthlessness of a child molester...
Someone needs to get blown up by a random ufo getting hit by a laser in Neo Babylon then we can talk about how bullshit spelunky is

>>681442515They are both great games, I would play the first game, and then the second game if you want more. Spelunky 2 is much more 'smooth' when it comes to general gameplay, but Spelunky 1 is a bit more concise with it's balancing and pacing. Plus music is way better in 1.
